ANTIMATTER CREATIVE LABS PURCHASE ORDER AGREEMENT

PLAN: PREMIERE SITES: EARLY BIRD SPECIAL 

This document explains the services that you are purchasing and next steps. Please review this agreement carefully.

Your package includes:

In this Agreement, references to "you" shall mean the individual who signs this document, and/or the business which the individual owns, represents or is employed by and who is engaging Antimatter Creative Labs for the Services below. “We", "us", ‘Company’ and "our" shall mean Antimatter Creative Labs (Halifax) Inc.

1) WEBSITE SETUP

For your website Antimatter Creative Labs will: 

Launch your personalized website based on an Antimatter theme powered by Wordpress & Elementor. 

Once your website is approved we will connect your domain so it can be viewed by the public.

Additional setup work, including page layout customization, additional banners, pop ups,  blog posts or pages, and image editing can be provided by Antimatter Creative Labs for additional fees. You may speak to our team or email hello@antimatterlabs.ca regarding your requests, to get a formal estimate for the customizations.

Setup requirements and process:

• Sign up for your website at https://premieresites.ca/
• You will be guided through the process to set up your account and general information
• Once you have a new website set up you can set up your general site information through our online form. (Name, Email, Etc). This will be automatically set throughout the website. 
• You may view our tutorials for more customization options or send us an email with all images and written content you would like to update.
• Once we have approval for your website, we will connect it to your domain and will become accessible to the public.
• Your website will be completed no later than 21 days from the date signed by you below, provided that you deliver all content and other files requested by Antimatter within 2 business days, and that you respond promptly to approval requests and other email enquiries from our team.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) SETUP: 

• Yoast SEO Plugin - Supporting search engine optimization management 
• Yearly Keyword list for blog development

• Page titles - directed to your name & brand 
• Images & meta data - directed to your name & brand 
• XML sitemap, quarterly review of keywords 

 

MONTHLY WEBSITE ANALYSIS

• Initial Website Review - Rank Check, Keyword Analysis, Audience and Traffic Overview, Page View Statistics and competition Analysis

 

HOURS OF SUPPORT PER YEAR

• 5 Hours of expert support per year to support the following functions: Website initial setup, answering questions, bug fixes, technical support and plugin updates. 

 

MONTHLY HOSTING 

We’ve partnered with cloud hosting providers to manage all of our customer websites so there is no need to worry about web hosting complexities or infrastructure issues. With 99.99% uptime you don’t have to worry about your website going down. If anything were to happen to your website we have daily backups and can restore your website back to its previous state. 

 

DOMAIN PRIVACY MANAGEMENT 

Whois Privacy - Prevent spam calls & hide personal info from public WHOIS. Whois Privacy is not available for .ca domains. If domain privacy is available for your domain, it will be included in your plan.

 

DOMAIN PURCHASE 

Premiere sites early bird special covers domain costs for domains ranging between $0 - $25 dollars. If a domain costs more than the allotted $25, the remaining balance will be covered by the individual who signs this agreement. 

 

DOMAIN RENEWAL 

If your domain is hosted with Antimatter Creative Labs you will be charged a domain renewal fee. After your first year is up your domain will be renewed, the cost associated with this is $25 plus any applicable taxes.

 

INDUSTRY NEWS FEED

Industry news feed gathers information from trusted Canadian sources for your customers to stay up to date on your website on the latest news regarding mortgages, homes and banking. This function will be introduced to new websites by February 7th 2022.

Each of our websites comes with security in mind. We always make sure your website is up to date with the latest SSL security certificates and ensure your website is using HTTPS. 

MONTHLY REPORTS

Antimatter will be providing monthly reports on digital marketing and awareness each month starting February 7th 2022. 

 

NEW HEADSHOTS

Each purchased during the early bird special will be provided free headshots. This offer is only available from October 21st to February 30th 2022. If you have not booked your appointment within this time frame prices for headshots will be $250 per person. 

Digital Services Disclaimers:

• We base all of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing on the guidelines, practices, and procedures as per the industry standards. We focus on high-quality content for your website as well as Google Webmaster design, content, and quality guidelines. Please note that we do not practice unethical SEO methods, such as keyword stuffing, invisible text, duplicate content or blog spam.
• The search engine algorithms are ever-evolving and hence the process of ranking can take anywhere from a few months to a year before showing any significant results. Through our SEO services, we help clients increase targeted traffic to their website over a period of time using services such as, but are not limited to: Yoast plugin, sitemap creation, keyword research, metadata optimization, link optimization - inbound links and limited outbound link creation.
• We follow guidelines and practices that we believe are in the best interest of our clients' branding and online marketing presence. We cannot guarantee any specific search engine rankings, listings on search engines or directories listings. We do not manipulate or control search engine results.
• Please note that it is possible that your website traffic may slightly drop after a website relaunch and it may take some time for traffic to rise again. While we take as many measures as we can to help your site avoid a drop in traffic, we are not responsible for any traffic reduction that may occur.

 

3) DATA USAGE

All Antimatter Creative Labs websites are hosted on the Premiere Sites Platform. Websites are powered by Wordpress & Elementor - an easy-to-use web-based editor, designed for anyone to easily manage their website, such as making changes to their content, add/edit/removing content, managing requests, adding blog posts, and more – as well as the following:

• Posts (Blog Articles): 100
• Pages: 25
• Media: 1000
• Disk Space: 500MB

 

Websites that go over the allotted amount of data will automatically be moved into our additional storage package at an additional $49 per month. 

• Posts (Blog Articles): 500
• Pages: 40
• Media: 2000
• Disk Space: 1 GB

 

TERM AND TERMINATION

Terms of Agreement: This Agreement commences on the date signed by you below and will continue for a period of 6 Months (the "Initial Term"), and will automatically renew for successive one-month terms. During the term, you agree to pay $ 149+ tax per month for the Website Setup, Digital Services, and Data Usage. 

If you decide to terminate the contract within the 6 month period you are responsible for the remaining balance for the six month term. If you’d like to continue the website service without the supervision of Premiere Mortgage, you’re permitted to move the site to the supervision of Antimatter Creative Labs, this would result in losing Premiere Mortgage preferred rate moving your subscription plan to $249 per month.

Monthly service pricing during any automatic renewal term will be the same as that during the immediately prior term unless we have given you a written notice of a pricing increase at least 30 days before the end of the prior term, in which case the pricing increase will be effective upon renewal and thereafter. Any such pricing increase will not exceed 9% of the pricing for the applicable services provided in the immediately prior term.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Terms Of Service: As a condition to receiving Antimatter Creative Labs services, you must agree to be bound by our Terms of Service. The Terms of Service (amongst other things) gives you permission to use our services, gives us permission to display your content, sets out payment and cancellation terms and outlines what content we will not allow you to display on your store/website. The Terms of Service can be accessed on our website.

Data Storage: Antimatter will retain any source files, such as product data, images, and text provided by you, for a period of 12 months from when the site has gone live for public view. We will not share these files with anyone outside of Antimatter and your organization. After 12 months, we will delete all source files.

 

4) PAYMENTS 

PAYMENTS: Please select your preferred payment method:

Payments will be processed by Premiere Mortgage and deducted from your account monthly without a processing fee. Payment records will be provided by Premiere Mortgage. 

Payment amount: $149 plus GST/HST 

Total: 171.35 

NON-PAYMENT: If at any time you fail to pay your monthly hosting or monthly service fees, Antimatter Creative Labs will have the right to remove your website and content from public view.
