When you know which theme you like best, click “Use This Template” and start the onboarding process. From here you can choose your Site Title and Domain. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to use your own domain once you’re ready to go live.
Once you log in you’ll be greeted with an onboarding video which will go over some of the basics of your new website. Then you’ll go through our questionnaire to replace the generic information on the website to make it yours. You can use the website as is or get as detailed as you want and update any of the wording or images.
Once you have your website at the stage you’d like you’ll be able to use your own domain and be ready to show the world. Of course if you have any issues our team will work with you every step of the way to give you the website you desire.

Yes, if you already have a domain we can transfer it to your new website. If you do not have a domain we will purchase one on your behalf and add it to your website package.
Yes! You will ALWAYS be given the chance to review and update your website before it goes live, we want to make sure you love your website. We will work with you to make sure your website reflects you and your brand.
Yes, we will always be monitoring your site and if you notice any issues you can reach out to our tech support team. Any bug fixes and maintenance updates will be done free of charge on a monthly basis.
No need to worry, you will have full access to make changes to your website. If you have any updates you can’t make yourself, you’ll be able to fill out a support ticket and our team will take care of it. For any major changes, we may bill you at our hourly rate of $119/hour. Nothing major will be done without your go ahead.
